The Group’s die-casting plant specializes in the R&D and production of die-cast parts made from aluminum, zinc alloys, and other materials. Equipped with state-of-the-art die-casting machinery and a highly skilled mold-development team, it is capable of precisely fulfilling customized die-casting orders across multiple sectors, including automotive components, industrial fittings, and smart-home modules. The CNC machining facility leverages high-precision machining centers and intelligent production lines to perform precision milling, drilling, tapping, and other machining processes on die-cast parts and metal profiles, ensuring superior dimensional accuracy and surface quality. The coating plant has introduced environmentally friendly automated coating lines, offering a range of surface-finishing services such as anodizing, electrostatic powder coating, and fluorocarbon coating, which deliver both aesthetic appeal and excellent corrosion resistance. Meanwhile, the doors-and-windows factory focuses on the R&D and manufacturing of high-end system windows and doors as well as aluminum–wood composite systems, integrating the Group’s upstream and downstream supply-chain advantages to produce premium window and door products that combine thermal insulation, soundproofing, and anti-theft performance—products widely used in residential and commercial buildings.
